By Andrew HarrerThe MLB playoffs ended, but that didn’t mean we didn’t have a great time watching the playoffs.
The Dodgers and the Blue Jays both advanced, and the Cubs advanced, but we can’t forget the other four teams in the field: the Padres, Giants, Phillies, and Nationals.
That’s right, we have a good chance to see the rest of the playoff field in person.
So, where do we go from here?
Well, let’s start with the NLDS, because it’s always nice to see that some of the games were played well.
The Dodgers are 2-0 with two straight wins over the Padres.
The Giants are 1-1 with three straight wins against the Phillies.
The Phillies are 2, 2, 3, 3.
The Padres are 2/3 with three consecutive wins against those same four teams.
The Nationals are 1/1 with one win against the Giants and three straight losses to the Phillies and Padres.
That means that the Nationals have a 2-1 record against the NL East and 3-2 record against everyone else.
The NL East is a tie, so that’s the best division in baseball right now.
If the NL is 4-2 right now, then it’s all tied.
The wild card spot is also tied, but not as tied as we might think.
The division standings for all the divisions in baseball are available at the link below.
That’s it for today.
Have a great weekend, everyone.
